The review from the Henley Standard said it all – what a fantastic display of simply excellent acting and directing we enjoyed, with a magical set that was cosy yet stretched away into the distant trees too!
We welcomed back some of WT’s brilliant experienced actors but also some outstanding newcomers (and returners) to the Shakespearean stage. So good to see such a mix of ages as well, lifting the audiences’ spirits with theirs. Well done too to all the off-stage crew providing lighting, sound, costumes, set, bar, parking, signs….the list goes on.
